GOM Software certified by PTB and NIST
In order to ensure precise measurement accuracy, both GOM Inspect Professional and GOM Inspect software have been tested and certified by PTB and NIST institutions. The accuracy of the evaluation software is tested by comparing the results from the software with reference results. The GOM software has been placed in Category 1, the category with the smallest measurement deviations.

More than 400 workers, nearly ten years of work under the ground and at high altitude, 17 km of excavated tunnels, 1.7 million m³ of excavated rock: the Nant de Drance shipyard is that of all superlatives.
It will give birth to one of the most powerful pumped storage power plants in Europe. With its 900 MW, it will produce about 2.5 billion kWh per year. Its commissioning will be progressive from 2019.

The rehabilitation involved the lining of the entire existing armored well. In other words, a new steel tube was inserted inside the original pipe.
In its tearing, the well was abandoned and the area bypassed by means of a diversion channel. The rehabilitation required the engagement of 600 employees and a budget of 365 million francs. Since the beginning of 2017, the new production plant of Forces Motrices Hongrin-Léman SA (FMHL + project) is fully operational. The hydropower development of the FMHL doubles its pumping-turbine power from 240 to 480 megawatts (MW), including 60 MW of reserve.
